Sweet music for ID Distribution
MIP NEWS: UK sales outfit ID Distribution has broken into the music programming market with a new deal signed with production company Music Engine.
The deal includes 22 hours of high-definition …Live In Concert programming, to be filmed throughout the summer on location at 22 concerts, including performances by artists Robert Plant, Magic Numbers, The Pretenders and Nerina Pallot.
UK-based Music Engine also has exclusive access to film at the Eden Project venue in Cornwall, UK, which this year hosts artists including James Morrison, Lily Allen and Amy Winehouse.
Music Engine's …Live In Concert programming is also available in a 22x90' guise, and is directed by filmmakers including Matt Askern, who has previously collaborated with David Bowie, Coldplay, Muse, REM and The Foo Fighters.
