General/Alternate Titles: CD titles listed in this catalog are
currently in stock unless otherwise noted. All titles are sold on a
first come, first served basis. Please note that some titles are
scarce and sell out extremely fast!! Please list alternate choices
with your order. This will help speed up the process when titles are
sold out.
Reserves: Due to the extremely large volume of orders, titles can
only be held for two weeks. We can NOT accept reserves for Ultra Rare
Japan Only Titles due to their scarcity.
Rare Titles/Want Lists: There are occasionally rare Japanese only
minor pressings released which are not listed in my catalogs. These
are generally very common shows on rather minor labels. Please feel
free to inquire about any Japanese Led Zeppelin CD titles. We also
always accept want lists for Led Zeppelin titles.
Sound Ratings: As a general rule, we don't provide sound ratings for
CD titles in this catalog as we feel that ratings are too subjective
and also due to the overwhelming quantities of titles released each
month. There is quite a bit of reference material available on the
world wide web.
Payment: We ONLY accept the following forms of payment (please read carefully);
1) Credit Cards - Please provide the following information for

All credit card orders are charged in US Dollars. There is a 6% fee
for ALL credit card orders.
The order will appear on your credit Card bill as being from

Available ONLY at U.S. Post Offices.
Please address all IPMO to "Eric Sachs" NOT Fisheads Int'l.
3) U.S. Cash (registered mail is recommended).
All other forms of payment will be returned as Japanese banks will
not accept them.
Postage Rates: $3 per title, $6 for each box set. Some multiple disk
sets are more expensive. EMS (Express Mail Service), Registered Mail
and insured postal services are also available. Please inquire about
rates for specific orders.
Missing Packages: Unfortunately, from time to time packages are lost
by the post office. This has happened less than a dozen times in the
15+ years We've been sending packages all over the world. We can not
be held responsible for lost packages sent without using
registered/Express Mail Service. Please inquire for official policies.
Refunds/Returns: We will not accept returns without authorization.
Please contact us before returning any disks. We can NOT accept
returns based on dissatisfaction with sound quality or specific
shows. When titles are sold out, a credit will be issued towards
another title on the list OR an immediate refund. Please specify
which option you prefer.
